Users should submit photos of their home, decorated for Halloween from Thursday, Oct. 1 at noon until 11:59 p.m. to Sunday, Oct. 25.
Starting on Oct. 26 at 12:01 a.m., users will vote for their favorite house. Voting ends on Oct. 30 at 12noon. The results of the voting phase will be announced sometime between 5 - 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30.

One grand prize winner will win a $50 gift certificate from Rhode Island Costume and an NBC 10 prize pack consisting of an NBC 10 jacket, sweatshirt, baseball cap, winter cap and mousepad.
