COOKING WITH CLASS RECIPE CONTEST
No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant.
You must be 13 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If Turnto10.com cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
Five (5) recipes will be showcased on "Cooking with Class" January 2-6, 2012. Chef Frank Terranova will prepare the winning recipes and show a photo of the local user who submitted the recipe. Name and hometown of the person who submitted the recipe will also be mentioned.
The geographic scope of this promotion is the following state(s): RI, MA, CT.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Turnto10.com reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Turnto10.com reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's office.
How to play: Users should submit their recipes from 10/31/11 at 12 noon until 11:59 p.m. on 11/23/11. Recipe must include a name, ingredients and method of preparation. The entry must also include a photo of the person submitting the recipe. Recipes must be submitted by the person in the photo. Recipes cannot be submitted by someone else. All recipes will be given to a panel of local chefs who will decide on the final five (5) winners. The five (5) winning recipes will be aired on NBC 10 during "Cooking with Class" January 2-6, 2012.
Employees of Turnto10.com, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to Turnto10.com the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
Turnto10.com reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

UPICKEM and Turnto10.com are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
