By requesting a copy, the purchaser agrees to maintain the DVD for private home or educational viewing only. It cannot be broadcast, duplicated, edited, rented, sold, publicly displayed, used in litigation or used for commercial or promotional purposes or political lobbying purposes.

Requests for copies for entire NBC 10 WJAR newscasts are not available for purchase.
All copies received by the requesting party are non-refundable.
