Watch "The Jay Leno Show" every night from Nov. 16-20 at 10 p.m. on NBC 10. Following the show and throughout the next day, come back to this contest page to answer a trivia question about the show and be entered to win a $200 pre-paid debit card or a $1,000 pre-paid debit card. Yes. But you can only submit one answer per day. The more days that you answer a question correctly, the more chances you have to win.
Yes. There are four (4) $200 pre-paid debit cards and one (1) $1,000 pre-paid debit card. On Tuesday, Nov. 24, a winner will be picked at random from all of the correct answers from Monday, Nov. 16 and that person will receive a $200 pre-paid debit card. This will be repeated with the entries received on Tuesday, Nov. 17, Wednesday, Nov. 18 and Thursday, Nov. 19. Each day, one winner will receive a $200 pre-paid debit card. The $1,000 grand prize winner will be picked from all correct entries received between Nov. 16-20. So don't forget about Friday! Those entries will be included in the chance to win the $1,000 debit card.
